Payments and delivery partners
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; Moshibu does not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials. Necessary order and delivery information may be shared with payment, logistics, technology, and communication providers, including Delhivery, solely to provide the requested service.
Storage, security, and your choices
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably required for orders, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information by contacting care@moshibu.com.

Using this website
By using moshibu.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use the website only for lawful purposes. Product guidance on this website is general information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Products, prices, and orders
Product availability, prices, offers, descriptions, and imagery may change without notice. We try to present information accurately, but may correct genuine errors. An order is accepted after it is successfully placed and confirmed. We may cancel or limit an order affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or an unserviceable delivery address, with any eligible payment returned.
Payments
Online payments are handled through Razorpay using the payment options shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is authorised and that all payment information is correct.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery charges and estimated timelines are shown during checkout where available. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations, address accuracy, weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers should inspect the delivery and contact us promptly if an order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
Intellectual property and responsibility
Moshibu branding, website content, product materials, graphics, and designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moshibu is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website use or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund & Return Policy
Hygiene and safety
Because Moshibu products are intimate and personal-care items, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This does not affect your rights if a product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Contact care@moshibu.com or WhatsApp support promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where the claim is eligible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; refused or undeliverable shipments may be handled according to the courier outcome and applicable costs.
Refund processing
Approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary after Moshibu initiates the refund. For Cash on Delivery orders, our support team will request the information needed to complete an approved refund securely.
